Rocking Q Ranch is a small family owned and operated producer of quality grass-fed/grain-finished beef. Our home base is located in Tallahassee, FL and we raise your beef on the beautiful rolling hill pastures of our farm land located across North Florida and South Georgia.

How It Works

  • Pick & Reserve Your Beef

    • PICK: Choose the perfect bulk beef package for your family. You can get boxes starting from an Eighth Beef up to a Whole Beef.
    • RESERVE: Place your DEPOSIT. This deposit reserves your beef and helps us sustainably plan the herd this year.

  • Get Fun Updates

    We continue to raise your beef for you on lush country pastures and keep you involved every step of the way by giving you updates. So you can sit back, relax, and let us do the hard work!

  • Harvesting Your Beef

    Your beef will be harvested at its peak condition to guarantee its the best beef you've ever had. Our craft butchers dry-age your beef for 14 days, which makes for amazing flavor and tenderness.

  • Receive Your Beef

    Once packed, froze and delivered to our warehouse you will receive an invoice for the balance due. Upon receipt of your final invoice payment, you can then schedule your local pick-up, or confirm you will be home to receive it via shipping.
